a long time a go I used to have a xbox 360 account when I was around 5-9 years old named adimy fight45 and I never knew the password to it nor my mother and I dont remember the email either and I was wondering if I could recover that account back

You would need to contact xbox support by going to support.xbox.com/contact-us and give them the gamer tag and if they can verify ownership of the account then they can give you the email address to the account to try and recover the account.

Hi, if a gamertag is suspended for 7 years and no activity is detected, Microsoft deletes it. Maybe it's free again and you can create a new account with the gamertag or it's assigned to the other way. Without credentials you won't be able to access your
old GT if it still exists
