Discus and support old xbox one controllers work in the new S in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I want to buy the new Xbox one S, but I don't know if my old controllers from the original Xbox One works in the Xbox One S, can someone help me?...     I want to buy the new Xbox one S, but I don't know if my old controllers from the original Xbox One works in the Xbox One S, can someone help me?

    mic issues

    I have a skull candy headset for Xbox one, the headset works for the original controllers but not for a controller I bought later on. I believe it is a new Xbox one s controller. the mic also doesn't work on my girlfriends controllers which are also xbox
    one s. but again I plug it back into my older xbox one controllers and it's fine. nothing is muted all the controllers are updated. and restarting the Xbox doesn't help

    Can’t connect headset with controller

    new x box one s controllers will not recognise headset ,yet older black one will ,tried updating etc nothing works

    xbox series s headset volume way too low

    So to make this even more confusing to figure out. I just dug out my old xbox one s, fired it up and tested all the controller on
    it. The old ones still work fine. The black one that came with the new xbox series x works fine. The new style white controller that come with the new xbox series s and the new style black controller bought today from best buy BOTH have the headset low volume
    problem on my old xbox one s. Totally confused at this point.

    You're lucky. You can use the new Series X | S controllers on the old Xbox One.

    My Old Xbox one still works but when xbox one s went on sale, A. My console was slower B. Not enough storage C. Needed new controller, but if it weren't for needing a new controller I'd probably still be using my old one, it's good and all but want 100%

    Battery Pack Controller

    No one knows if the battery will fit the new controller. I would have thought it would. After all, you can play the new controller on the Xbox One and the Series X/S, as you can with the old controller too. So it would be daft not to use the battery from
    the old Xbox One controller.
