Old Xbox One console doesn't want to save games suddenly!

I'll recommend you do a power cycle to clear the system cache

- Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

- Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 2 minutes.

- Plug the console power cable back in. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on and check if it's all good.

If that doesn't help, I'll suggest you try doing a factory reset keeping games and apps on your console. This will refresh the console and remove all potential bugs without deleting any game data.

- Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

- Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

- Select Reset console.

- Choose Keep Games and Apps

Once that is done, you'll need to sign into the console using your Microsoft account credentials. If the issue is with your console, that should fix it.

Well that sounds fantastic, like people have said, its on par with the Xbox One, no wonder MS didn't want it released, what was supposed to have a next gen console seller suddenly becomes a this gen console seller, it really doesn't sound like Titanall on
the Xbox One is worth £379 more then the Xbox 360 version

Thanks but it happens across a variety of games but I have done factory resets and redownloaded them but it doesn't make a difference, I still have my old xbox one in the other room and I don't have the problem with the games on that console so I don't
think it is the cloud saves.

Gaming and consoles are just to big to die off. The only way consoles would die off this gen, is if everyone suddenly moved to PC gaming......and that ain't going to happen because the average person can't afford or just doesn't want the hassle that comes
with PC gaming.

So I did what you said, it doesn't help( Whell, when my xbox offline it's ok with new save, but when I turn on the internet it begining sync and again my game have broken old save. When its sync, it doesn't ask me anything, its just sync and load save from
cloud. But this save is broken, xbox doesnt want to overwrite it. I have tried one thing: I have started the game with clear good save (internet turned off), everything was fine. But then I turn on the internet and going to Live and game sync again even there,
right in the single player! Then I got a message: your game was launched on other console. It will be restarted with save from that console. And before you ask, yes, I played with my friend that game on splitscreen on his console, we also tried to delete any
data with my account from his console, but it doesnt help, and when I load game on his console I have the same bug.
