Old Xbox gamertag

This is the first time I've posted on here & I wasn't sure which forum to put this on.

So tomorrow I've got DA: Inquisition coming & the other DA games I've played have been on an old gamertag I used on the 360. I can remember my old gamertag, just not the email & password, I was wondering is there anyway to redeem it or something? Because
I want to import the world save from my previous DA games onto Inquisition.

Gamertags to be Recycled 5/18/16!

these are gamertags form the original xbox era. They didnt even transfer over to the 360 era, thats how old they are.

You would have to try contacting support. If you can verify that you are the owner of the account they can get you the email, then you would need to reset the password. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or

You don't import your saves into Inquisition.

On my new xbox I've redeemed my old account but I've changed the gamertag, I'm wanting to transfer games ext from my old xbox to the new one but the data is owned by my old gamertag can I still transfer from the old gamertag to my new one ??

The thing is me and my brother share our old xbox currently with two separate gamertags so we are used to buying DLC that we can both use and i want to get another xbox for myself but i dont want to buy DLC twice for his gamertag on the old xbox and mine
on the new xbox (which will be the my gamertag that was the old xbox)

But the gamertag that I want to change is my old gamertag. I change my old gamertag on 2 August 2020. I used that old gamertag when I create my Xbox account. At that time, the system allow me to use that gamertag. But when I want to change it back, the system don't allow me to use it. Why is this like that?

No. You cannot join Xbox LIVE Gamertags. Unless recovered that gamertag with the Windows Email details to Xbox LIVE and
then paid the 800 Microsoft Points to change the 2002 Gamertag to something else, and then paid another 800 Microsoft Points ot change your current gamertag to the old one.

But all that would achieve would just be changing your gamertag to your old gamertag and that is all. Nothing else would be transfered from your 2002 Gamertag to your 2012 Gamertag, like Xbox LIVE Tenture (number of years on Xbox LIVE). That would all remain
on the recovered 2002 Gamertag.

Hybridizm

The GT I have always wanted to have but has never been available is 'Unknown Soldier'. It's not in use by anybody and It's a damn shame as I'd happily pay to use that GT. Life goes on though..
