    I was wondering if anyone else has an issue with their old GamerPic showing up only on the Xbox Rewards website? I have changed my GamerPic a while back on the Xbox One or on the Windows 10 Avatar program and it still hasn't changed over. It's been months.
    Anyway to have this updated? Is there a trick to it?

    How do I change my Gamerpic on Xbox Live rewards and the games app on Windows 8 from my avatar to something else?

    I tried that but it still didn't work. Xbox.com and my dashboard works with my new Gamerpic but on xbox Rewards and Windows 8 it's my old avatar.

    Xbox Avatar Synchronization Problems with Community Sites

    On the Xbox Live Rewards Site and on https://community.xbox.com/ambassadors/profile an old (and ugly) version of my Avatar is being used, with no way to change or update it. It's updated on Xbox
    as a GamerPic, and elsewhere, but specifically on these sites it's using only the very first avatar which was created, which a friend made as a joke. Whilst not hugely problematic, it's highly annoying seeing a poor representation of me being used on these
    profiles with no way to update or change it.

    I've updated my other avatar a number of times, and signed in and out of the websites to no avail. This issue has persisted for several months and has never changed.

    gamer picture problem

    Sometimes the xbox.com sites and xbox apps are slow to update gamerpics and avatars. I've gotten e-mails from Rewards with gamerpics that I haven't used in 6 months or more, and frequently see my older avatar outfit when loading some sites or xbox 360 apps.
    Donj% sweat it, it will get updated, and won't affect your profile or account negatively in the meantime.

    gamer picture drives me crazy

    Basically, the Rewards site is a bit messed up regarding the gamerpics. The site still shows my old one too. It's not really a big deal as only you will see it when you log into the rewards site; nobody else will see it.

    Has anyone ever resolved this issue? I have the same problem. Sometimes, certain web sites or games will show the original "red skull" gamerpic set on my Live account back when it was created several years ago. I have changed my gamerpic several times since
    then. None of my current computers, consoles, or other devices were ever used when that red skull was my gamerpic, but the Xbox forums, some Windows games (using Xbox Live account), and a few other sites (don't remember the others, ATM) still show this old
    gamerpic. I have changed my account picture everywhere I could choose a new picture. Microsoft Outlook, Office 365, and similar services show my actual photo, while my Xbox gamerpic shows a saved gamerpic of my Avatar (Master Chief with a lightsaber). I can't
    find this "red skull" gamerpic anywhere that I can change it, because any time I go to edit my Xbox Live profile or Microsoft Account picture, it shows my newer, correct pictures.

    Does anyone have any ideas?
