Old xbox account

You said you were signed in on the console. If this is the case then the email will show on the upper right corner of the screen.

If the email address is no longer valid then you'll need to change it on the console. However, if the password is required to change the email address then you may have an issue doing that.

This might be a bit tricky. You said you can still sign in on Xbox but no other stuff?

For 360 go to Settings > Account > Security (it should show ther current e-mail)

For Xbox One go to All Settings > Sign-in, Security, and Passcodes to see the e-mail address

The best possible option would be to attempt a password reset at
https://account.microsoft.com (Forgot Password)

Another possible thing you can do is contact Xbox Support to open an Unauthorised Access case if you feel your Microsoft Account has been compromised. They may ask you questions like:

• Full Name on the account
• Gamertag and e-mail address
• Console ID
• Xbox Live Device ID
• IP Address (they can match it this way too)
• And they'll ask you to create a new e-mail address (if they have determined your account has been compromised they will attatch the gamertag (dark master1357) to the e-mail address they asked you to create)
  

The investigation usually takes a few days or sooner

P.S - If you open an Unauthorised Access case, be sure to make it clear to them you have no access to the affected e-mail, they'll ask for a best contact e-mail, but they'll still ask you to create a new one and are seperate but needed

if you are able to log in to Xbox.com you can change it without access to your email. If you want to change the mail, you will be ask to confirm your email and the system wants to send you a code. At this point you can chose the option, that you don't have
access to this email anymore. Then follow the instructions.

Sorry but phone support cannot help with a forgotten password. If you are signed in on the 360 then stay on dash until the email shows up in the upper right hand corner. From there you could try signing in to xbox.com and selecting the forgot password
option to change it.
