Old Xbox Account Lost?

Greetings,

Recently I have set up my old Xbox 360 from years and years ago. It still has my old account on it (Gamer Tag "West Nova") but when I attempt to sign in it asks me to enter my email and password for security purposes. I go to enter my email and It is already
there from when I used to play (I saved it in the system by hitting "Remember username and password"). When I hit done after both of these are entered it tells me that it is an incorrect username or password. This is impossible since I saved it from long ago.
I changed the password to my Microsoft account yesterday while trying to sign in and when I entered the new password (It will let me sign in on the website) it tells me that it's still incorrect. I did transfer over to Xbox One at one point where my gamer
tag changed from "West Nova" to "Aydrox". I'm not sure what difference this makes however. I have chatted with three different live agents and they all just tell me I have the wrong email. I have checked every email I have ever used and none of them have my
gamer tag listed. However they sent a verification code to the email associated with "Aydrox" and I received it. After this, I attempted to re download "Aydrox" onto my 360 but it only downloads an account under the gamer tag "" (Which is my cousins
gamer tag now. He created my account years ago under his email). I just want to know if theres anyway I can recover my account or if it somehow lost forever based on what I've told you all. Thank you.

Apologies for bumping an old thread. Just got a 625, is this £20 voucher exclusively for the phone or is it Micrsoft Credit... I mean can the £20 be used on the account on not only the phone, but Xbox 360, Xbox One etc., too?

Ran into an issue with backwards compatible games. (Please Help.)

Your old gamertag is in the xbox 360 cache you have to go to settings and remove the linked account before you can add the new one. This happened to me 2 when i changed the lame tag microsoft assigned me. Even if you put the correct information and passcodes ot wont download your new gamertag until you remove the old linked account

This is what your situation sounds like to me You had one account with an email on the 360 with a gamer tag of west nova

when you got an xbox one if you had signed in with the same email and password from the 360 it would have just downloaded the west nova account and gamertag and not given you a different gamertag (Aydrox) so when you contacted xbox support and gave them
the gamertag of Aydrox and they sent you the code to verify the ownership of the account it would have gone to the email you thought was associated with the west nova account but in reality it was associated with the Aydrox account.

With Xbox support they can not see what the email is thats associated with an account until ownership is verified with the code that is sent out this is for security purposes so that people do not just call them up and say hey this is my gamertag and I forgot
the email to it can you give it to me.

So at this point until you can figure out what the email is that is associated with the West Nova gamertag there really is not anything that can be done

Hello Thomas, this can be a bit tricky, first because you have to know the email and account password to be able to log into the account.

If you want to recover the account you will need the email for this, and if it is inactive for a long time it may have been deleted by inactivity.

Regarding your request, I must inform you that unfortunately, it's not possible to transfer data from one account to another. Each account is tied to its email and we can say it is born and dies with it. The only way to regain the content is to access your previous account.

The only way to regain access is to fill out the recovery form, entering as much information as you remember to allow the system to identify you as the owner.

in short old xbox live account lost, still want same Facebook on new account, can't access old xbox account to unlink, and Facebook doesn't show my Facebook as connected but when I try connecting Facebook to new account it says it's logged in to the old
