Old Xbox account forgot E-mail and Password

The only other way would be to remember it.

It should give you the E-mail for the parental account. Take that e-mail and go to account.love.com and then select "Can't access your account?", then select "I forgot my password" and under that "Reset password" type in the E-mail, do the character verification
and then try using all the options to reset your password for the Parental account.

But I had this account when I was like 11 years old. I'd like to have the games back that I paid for. I don't remember the E-mail because my brother used his and, of course, forgot the E-mail and password. I need both of them.

You need to either remember that old password, or reset it by clicking "Forgot your password" on the Microsoft Account sign in webpage. There is no excuse for forgetting that information. As the account user it is no one's responsibility but YOUR'S to keep
track of and/or update any relevant password or e-mail used for your account. Tough lesson learned.
