    Hello MarkyMark75,

    In March, all Australian Rewards Members were migrated to the Microsoft Rewards program. This information was available as a popup on the Rewards site as well as sent to your billing email. Therefore, your Australian Rewards Account was closed and moved
    to the Microsoft Rewards program.

    Is is possible to move a gamer tag to a new Microsoft account?

    That link only works for Xbox 360, the feature is not present on the Xbox One or the xbox.com web site. I'm in a similar situation and don't own a 360 to perform the move on. Support says they cannot perform the move for us, so you only have a couple options.

    Complete the move from a 360

    Close the new account, wait until the new email address clears (30 days?), and then add them on the old account as an alias.

    Either way, you will need to somehow recover the MS account password to perform the move.

    Xbox one controller cuts out/disconnects

    The only solution I have found is to move close to the console. I now sit about 9 feet away and it is better. Seems like there have to be a line of site and you sitting very close to work.
