Discus and support old rewards account in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; its been atleast a month and my old rewards account has not been recover ever since i changed my Gamertag last month , please hurry it and fix already...     We see that your account is now registered as a Taiwanese Rewards Account, and will reward purchases made with TWD. We will transfer any old pending Credits from your previous Rewards account, and you should see those shortly.

    Xbox Rewards Monthly Statement From Wrong Account

    The monthly rewards statement I receive is about my old account which has the gamertag Lord Lascivious despite it not being linked to my current email address any more. Also, I would like my reward points from my old account transferred onto my current account
    which has the gamertag

    Apologies for the inconvenience. We can confirm an issue with your gamertag change that has caused your profile to not update to your new name,. We have escalated this problem to our platform team, who are now investigating. We'll update this thread once
