Old Removed Xbox Console Showing Up As Install Location

Hi

After setting the console up you will need to re install/download any games that were installed on the consoles internal hard drive. Once you have installed your games the new console should recognize your game saves located on the Microsoft servers and
download them to your new console when you start the game.

In addition to this make sure you set the new console as your home device.

As for the old console carrying out a factory reset and select the option to reset and remove everything should be sufficient and if the console is in the preview program please also unenrol the console from the program.

Could you try switching your Xbox One console region to a different region to see if the game shows up in your 'Ready to install' list? I recommend switching it to either the United States or United Kingdom (just a couple examples, this won't be permanent).
To do so, follow these steps:

• From the Xbox One dashboard, scroll to the left to open the guide and select 'All settings'.
  
• Within the settings screen, scroll down to 'System' and select 'Language & location'.
  
• From here, try switching your region to either United States or United Kingdom to see if Gears of War 2 shows up in your 'Ready to install' list. (if your console is set to a region you're not located in, be sure to switch it to the region you're located
  in as well to see if Gears of War 2 shows up properly).
• If you see the game show up, go ahead and try installing from there. After installing, switch your region back to the region you're located in with the steps above.

if you change your location to usa it will show up in ready to install

I think I've found a solution. It appears at least for me that the 2nd install isn't actually taking up any space on the HDD even though it reports as such. The 2nd install only appeared for me when i changed my consoles location to something other than
what it was set to when I initially installed the game. Setting the console back to the initial location removed the 2nd instance of the game.

Gone into manage game and my other DLC's are there, i went back on the 360 and it says its installed on the console, i removed it and reinstalled it but its not showing up on xbox one.
