Old purchased Arcade games cannot be downloaded anymore... only re-bought!?

I just set up my old XBOX360 again, that has been stored in the basement for the past couple of years to

play again some old Arcade classics like Bomberman Live, N+ and both Banjo games... btw: the console

was reset to factory settings because I originally planned to sell it.

After first configuration, including reloading the old licenses the first two games named work fine BUT for the

Banjo games I only can find the demo versions in the download history NOT the full version!? But why!?

There are several entries in the download history that say "Content not available" and I suspect the full version

downloads to be among them!? Of course I cannot go all the way back in the transaction history to where I

bought those games because you only can go back to 2013 but in my gamerscore overview you can see that

I have achived some score in Banjo Kazooie so I definately own the full version, I dont't have a score for Banjo

Tooie because I wanted to finish the first one first.

Does anyone know how to proceed here? I don't want to buy the games again I already own. :/

Sonic the Hedgehog

Bought this arcade game awhile back and it says I have purchased it however when I start the game it says Unlock the full game to get achievments etc. Deleted it, re downloaded it, cleared cache and all that and it still wont let me play the full game.

Unlock full game

I have exactly the same problem. I bought a new xbox and re-downloaded all the 20+ xbox live arcade games I already have purchased. Sonic 1 is the only one with this problem. It appears in my "my games" menu as a full game, with achievements, but inside
the game, there is the "unlock full game" message. I did it all and it doesn't work!!!!

Usually if the games are no in your download history, that means they were purchased on a different accounts. If you're 100% sure you purchased them on this account, you would need to try contacting support to see if there is anything they can do. 1-800-4my-xbox

I noticed this as well. So there are no longer arcade games to download? Since 360 games will work on the XBone, i was really hoping to download my purchased arcade games.

Also, there is no browse feature for games. Only search is available. So the library of 360 on demand games are also not available anymore??

ive bought games , red dead redemption and the lost and dammed gta add on plus trials bike game on arcade, paid for them as it was said that you could always re download them, guess what you cannot . never buying microsoft again

This morning I decided to re-download Game Room and the arcade games I bought for it. I can report that I'm able to play my games again and I have experienced no freezing issues. Unfortunately you can't buy anymore games for it but I'm just happy to have
my games again. Also, I didn't re-download the compatibility packs so maybe that was the issue the whole time. Hope this helps.

360 games don't play on Xbox One.
