old messages containing a code

Hi, a couple months ago, I preordered Dark Souls III with the intent of playing Dark Souls 1 via the code that it came with. The code was sent to me in an Xbox live message, but I didn't think to write it down. I can't find the original message, because
they're deleted after 30 days. Is it possible to get the code still? Any help is appreciated.

Gears of war beta code accidentally deleted

going to open the message containing the code i hit the x bottom and deleted the email. I would love a solution in how to retrieve the code again. Possibly just resend the old message ? The code was never used.

I can prove my purchase and have purchase number. Is it possible to get the code still? Any help is appreciated.

 

According to From Software the code for DS1 will be delivered within 5-7 days after the DS3 is released so I invite you to be patient until the message with the code arrives.

 

Hmm, I thought that I had already gotten it.

 

i don't think so for as the game publisher states the codes are not delivered yet. Check your console messages in the upcoming days.

Dark Souls codes have been sent out to those who fulfilled the pre-order bonus requirements (some still may continue to be sent). If you have verified that your purchase has taken place greater than 10 days ago (you can check that by going to account.microsoft.com),
then you should create a new post in this sub-forum. Please be as detailed with possible with date of purchase, date message was received, etc. Someone will be able to better assist you there!
