    Old Man's Journey Xbox One X


    Hi an Alle. Ich verzweifle noch an "Old Man's Journey". Spiel ist im Gamepass aber ich komm im " Zuglevel " nicht mehr weiter. Das Spiel stürzt immer im oben genannten Level ab...bzw friert ein...teilweise sogar inkl. komplettem Neustart der Konsole.Erst
    dachte ich das Game kommt vielleicht mit meiner ext. SSD Festplatte nicht klar...aber auch von der normalen internen HD das gleiche Problem.

    Habe auch sost schon viel probiert......Cache gelöscht.....Spiel neu installiert....Spielstand gelöscht....es hilft nichts bisher.

    Ich spiele auf der Xbox One X....und sonst keine Probleme beim spielen.

    Noch irgendwer eine Idee????? Vielen Dank im voraus.

    [Mod Translation - Hi everyone. I still despair of "Old Man's Journey". Game is in the gamepass but I can't get any further in the "train level". The game always crashes in the above-mentioned level ... or freezes ... sometimes even including a complete
    restart of the console. At first I thought the game might come with my ext. SSD hard drive not clear ... but also the same problem from the normal internal HD.





    Sost have already tried a lot ...... cache cleared ..... game reinstalled .... game saved ... nothing helps so far.





    I play on Xbox One X ... and no other problems when playing.





    Anyone else an idea ????? Thanks in advance.]

    Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are experiencing difficulties with your game crashing at a certain instance.

    If the link provided by Xbox Forums Ambassador
    Chargersbride     does not work for you, I would recommend that you attempt to use a soft

    factory reset     on your console and see if this helps to resolve this matter. Be sure to use the option that reads
    Reset and keep my games & apps. as this will reduce the time it takes to get back to gaming. Additionally, keep in mind that this will remove all accounts and home Xbox associations on your console, so be sure to have the email and passwords
    to the accounts you wish to recover.

    Give this a try and let us know if this works for you.
