Old hotmail account blocked for no reason

I have had and old hotmail account that was blocked in 2014 its email could any one unblock it for free i have xbox games on there i really miss last console used was in 2014 and it was xbox 360 i have the console with me could any one help plz

The gamer tag is unstopible dave no caps

This thread is old, but for those that don't know, if you have a blocked Microsoft Account, meaning you can sign in, but it's saying your account is blocked you need to first try the steps that are provided when you sign in, try resetting the password itself,
and if that doesn't work contact support for Microsoft Account/WLID

Hi, ok my advise would be to first try and 'fix' the temporarily blocked account issue, you can do this by following this link

windows.microsoft.com/.../account-temporarily-blocked-faq and try and contact support for windows live (Get help with Outlook.com)

When you say its blocked what exactly is happening?

Have you forgotten the password?

when you try and sign into the account what happens?

Try and sign into the account at account.live.com and tell us what happens?

That's just the thing. My hotmail's been blocked and I can't log in to my hotmail. So I can't confirm my old password because it's blocked.
