old Games with gold game now someone else's property?

So here one thats new for me. This will be my forth time trying to get this solved in the past 7 months. Hopefully this time ill get help instead of being blown off.

so awhile back when i didnt have many irl friends and as such no one willing to game share with me i got sw:kotor via games with gold. I played it many times and recently especially with jedi fallen order coming out ive been interested in playing all my
old sw games.

So when i tried launching it for the first time in a while 7 months ago this pops up "error 0x82D40007 sign in with the account that purchased the game or app ect..." Now while i did have a friend who gameshared with me it was after i originally got kotor
and he stopped before i tried to relaunch it. So im wondering why my game is apparently now owned by someone else, im unable to play said game, and why support wont give me an answer.

Even worse is the fact i still own kotor 2 which i bought after i played a bunch on 1 (before yall ask no i did not know it was an incomplete game at purchase) so now its bothering me the only game i currently own after losing one is a game i payed for that
wasnt complete and will never be complete and while there are mods...... They dont work on xbox.

Sry for takin everyones time and for the ranting nature of this question and thanx for any help.

P.S. Yes i do know for a fact i got it from games with gold if it wasnt dont ask me i just got it from the backwards compatible section of it. And no im not just saying this. Its just since i dont remember what month i got it from im not listing it or i
would. I do know i worked security at the time so it would of been any time between july 13 2016 and april 4 2019

Edit: hey didnt it go on gamepass a while back and get removed? Could i have been screwed with this like others have when they let their subscription lapse and lose my license for it? Just asking cause i saw it was a problem before and just wondered if thst
might be the problem.

Well were did i get it from? My friend i gameshared with only owned 12 games 6 of which were cod, limbo, world of keflings, gta v, minecraft xbox 360, titan fall, and titan fall 2. So if i didnt get it from him, of games with gold that means i did pay for
it and am now being asked to rebuy it, and if i didnt buy it or get it from my friend or xbox and i definitely didnt get it on disc since i havent owned a disc since xbox 360 allowed digital download... Whered i get it from. Not argueing just confused as all [Mod
Removed]. Especially since that friend was the only one i gameshared with that stopped it and he was the first and i had it before i even met him...

also wikipedia? Rly? While ill agree thats a correct list as i have every one of thats from the months that i had gold everyone know wikipedia cant be trusted fully. Not refuting it a s of right now seeing i have some proof sitting in my install section
just thought id mention it.

Check your purchase history.

Go to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/. That would have a record of it there.

If it is not, you may have played and installed it from the disc.

Note: I checked and Star Wars: KOTOR was never in Games with Gold.

Ive tried those already, it keeps saying i dont own it at all and apparently "never have". Im bout to uninstall and try to reinstall again but im worried what happened for a bit last time will happen again ill reply again if it goes completely off
my ready to install list again and doesnt reappear with a console restart.

Welp its completely off my game list and asking me to pay 10 bucks to re buy it.

i cant get interveiw requests or phone calls for it. Just mentioning it so yall know why i dont just spend the ten bucks on it. ANd yes the jedi fallen order was a gift from a friend who knows how obsessed i am with sw) microsoft is playing these dirty tricks
to get money out of me for a game they gave me "with gold". Looks like even they decided to follow epic games in their [Mod Removed-Profanity] methods.

How to fix Xbox error code 0x82d40007 in a few easy steps 1. Make sure your game is indeed yours

If someone else owns the game, you need to have them sign in so you can play the game. Alternatively, the person who bought the game could make the console their home Xbox.

You can still play other games as a user on this console, although this is not very convenient.

To set the Xbox as the game owner’s console, you need to follow the steps below.
