    Hi There!

    I recently got an xbox one and set up an online account and xbox live. I have an old xbox 360 profile that was never connected to xbox live or anything similar however the old profile has some gamerscore. I heard its currently not possible but it would nice
    if the old gamerscore could be merged with the new account. Or as the support said "connect the old account( that never connected online) to the current online account and then sync the Gamerscore"

    Consolidating my tenure.

    Hey mate, if you have tenure on different accounts, there is no way to merge any detail of your accounts, so tenure, Gamerscore, marketplace items, cannot be merged.

    Old Gamerscore cannot be merged with new account.

    You should of made your old account into your online account then you would of kept your Gamerscore.

    Gamerscore is tied to the profile that unlocked it.If you could move it between profiles then it would kind of defeat the purpose.

    Gamerscore is tied STRICTLY to your Xbox profile. If you deliberately try to mod or cheat in XBL achievements, Microsoft resets it to 0, and you can't get the achievements you previously earned before the reset. You could create a new profile, but you'd
    be starting from scratch.

    I found out that possibility later on. As it is now its a bit of a bummer to have the old gamerscore laying to waste. It would be nice just for the sake of keeping the old accomplishments,

    No. Unfortunately accounts cannot be merged and nothing is transferrable between accounts
