    Old gamer tag/profile recovery


    I want to recover my old Xbox gamer tag/profile but I am having trouble doing so due to how old it is.

    - The Xbox gamer tag/profile was created in 2008 and I last used it in 2013

    - The Xbox 360 I played on was fried when my building was hit by lightning. I was deployed a few months later so I never replaced it and instead traded it in at GameStop for cash.

    - I no longer have access to the email address associated with the profile because the email was ISP specific

    - I do not have access to the credit/debit card that was on file but I know which bank it was provided by

    - I know the gamer tag, what the avatar was/is wearing and some of the content linked to the profile

    I know a lot of this information is vague but the account hasn't been in use for years. Would this be enough or am I out of luck? Are the details as to what is on the profile able to be seen?

    The purpose of all of this is I am looking to get an Xbox One X. Any ideas that would help would be greatly appreciate.

    I dont think you would be able to claim it back. Microsoft deleted inactive account that were inactive for 2 years or something so I'd doubt you could recover it. Sorry about that.
