    I AM AN OLD PLAYER OF MICROSOFT SOLITARFE COLLECTION, WHEN MY COMPUTER LAST FRIDAY I PURCHASED A NEW ,BUT NOW I CAN'T RELOAD MY OLD GAME STATISTICS ON THE NEW COMPUTER. IS THERE A WAY FORM TO LOAD THE OLD PREMIUM GAME OR DO I HAVE TO START FROM SCRATCH???PLEASE
    LET ME KNOW WHAT I CAN DO.

    Want my old name back

    I got a new computer & when I started the solitaire collection games it gave me a new ID & won't let me change back. I have paid for a year of premium on the old computer so why can't I use this ID on my new computer?

    Do I have to do anything to the games on the old device? Uninstall, etc. or can I just take out the micro SD card from the old computer, put it into the new computer, format the card then install the games to the new device?

    You downloaded the game from the store, old computers can download it new computers should be able to download it as well. As long as you have an account associated with it, the game data can be synchronized with whatever account you logged into on the old computer and whatever account you logged into on the new one. If your old computer doesn't have any accounts associated with it, then can I take it that this is a standalone game that can't synchronize game data through associated accounts? Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

    thanks for the reply, tried all of those and nothing worked. The problem is not that i cant download any game on the xbox app its only those that i had downloaded on my old pc even if i didn't have them installed. I tried other games and they downloaded fine.

    How are you, mate?

    Follow these steps, if one doesn't work, move on to the other.

    1. Open Windows Update and look for updates, update everything, including optional updates. Restart to apply updates and try again.

    2. Press Windows Key + i and go to apps, search for ''gaming services'' click ''advanced options'' and then ''terminate, repair and reset. Try installing the game again.

    3. Launch PowerShell as an administrator and enter

    “get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers”

    Restart your PC, open PowerShell as admin again, and enter

    “start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN”

    The Microsoft Store will open and ask to install Gaming Services, install. Then try installing any game again.
