Old email account

Hi Goblin,

If you do not have access to the old email, the short answer is 'no'. Best create a new GT with a usable email.

If the old email ACCOUNT is closed, can you see if you can re-register it again as a new account but with the same email address? That way, once up and running, your xbox account emails will be retrievable from the new (old) email account!

you can request an account del;etion through xbox phone support. but from what i understand it will delete your email as well. the easiest way would be to change the msa email on the old account with a throwaway hotmail email, then replace the email on your
primary account with the email on the old account.

Basically you can change the email associated with that old account but would not be able to use your current outlook account to do it you can either create a new outlook account or use another non MS server email account (google, yahoo, ISP) that is not
already a MS account and add it to the old account and then make that email the primary alias and remove your dads old email from the account.

Since you've already made a new e-mail and have a gamertag attached to it, you'll need to disassociate the gamertag from that e-mail before you're able to use that same e-mail on another account. Please visit this page

instructions below to get the new e-mail added to the old account (provided you're able to log into it at all).
