Old ea account linked to new Xbox

click the little person icon then select login

choose the xbox logo and login with your current xbox live account

this will then give you access to unlink, well it should.

change en-gb to en-us if your in the states

you can then change the ea email login details and all that gumbo.

if you still cant unlink at least you are logged in to open an official ea ticket and yes they can unlink it as i have done it this way in the past.

it is not possible to unlink because there is no link at microsoft, the link is made in the contga da ea, and it only exists there, microsoft does not even have access to this information.

I contacted with EA live support and they unlinked my old gamertag from my EA account and then linked my new gamertag and problem solved, thank you.
