    is it possible to turn in old xbox one controllers to microsft and get them fixed. I only have two old xbox one controllers that are broken and would love to use my bumpers annd thumbsticks again.

    [Xbox 360] I want a free controller and I can argue why.

    Controllers that are 7 years old and still in great shape ? That's normal. Older controllers are better than new ones. It's a fact. I had first PlayStation 3 controllers, and they never broke. Then I had DualShock 3 controllers and… The problems are the

    Xbox One controller compatibility.

    aren't the new controllers networked and the old controllers aren't which is the main reason i think.

    Microsoft don't actually repair controllers. Under warranty, which is only 90 days, they'll replace them.

    BOught a stereo headset as well as a new controller. wouldn't you know- the old headset works fine with the new controller and the new headset doesn't work with old controller.

    Problem- DEAD controller headset port.
