    Old console broke down - and all the games Disappeared


    Hi, Our Son has an Xbox account under it we have set up an account for our daughter. Last week our daughter xboxone broke down. We bought an Xbox one S instead. The new console came with 3 games - they appear on our daughter's account, but all the old
    games installed and purchased have disappeared. (They can see in our son's account). How do we get the old games back to our daughter's account?

    Who bought the games? That account must be set as home box account on your daughter xbox. Than, she will see all the games. If than she can't see games in ready to install just go to store and download them again on daughter console. With account that
    bought the games.

    Everything just got reorganized, the old views didn't have enough space to manage all the games, so they broke them down into letter ranges.

    Had same issue on my old white 360 but diffrent game mass effect colectors did all you did broke down bought new hd no more issues....

    Not from my experences, from the 2600 to the Genesis straight on through to the Pro. I still have all my consoles, some are decades old and all still work flawlessly. Except the nes which often requires a healthy set of lungs to get games to play.

    Not until the net and "Update required" have I even heard of the sorts of console failures that gamers are experencing today. .
