    got an old 12+1 code for live but it dont work. do they have an expire date?

    Same old, same old, codes not working!

    Just like everybody else codes for GOW 2 and Judgement worked like a charm, GOW 1 and 3 codes no go...seeing how live chat support was useless (only after I pointed out the numerous posts in the fora about the same issue did the person I was chatting with
    say "oh yeah, seems like it's an ongoing issue, we apologize for the inconvenience, we'll contact you when this issue is resolved". Nice little speech to get rid of me I suppose.) thought I'd try my luck here.Especially seeing how other people who posted here
    all of a sudden had magically fixed their problem and codes worked a few days later, even though they changed nothing...

    I have an Xbox Live account which is very old the name is Laiserwurst and my problem is that I can't log in to the account. I have tested all my email that I can remember. My question is if you could tell me the email of the account so I could see if I have

    I know codes must expire, but from my experience Microsoft is awesome and I found an old code hanging around a year after getting it and it still worked!

    However, Microsoft points expired in 2103 and the codes were made to expire some time after that.
    So the code is good for another 83 years then!!

    Sorry, humour isn't my strong suit lol

    You can request a call back or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us However, Microsoft points expired in 2103 and the codes were made to expire some time after that. If they won't redeem through normal means, it's unlikely support will be able to do anything.

    As the points were utilized back in the 360 console days, and discontinued back in 2013, you will want to try to redeem it on a 360 console. That was the only way I could redeem a game code I found in one of my 360 games a few years back I thought I had redeemed but realized I hadn't.

    Given the age of the points code, it may not be valid any longer since it's been over 8 years.
