    Hi there, Many years ago I lost my original xbox account. I still remember the gamertag. ive tried to talk to xbox live customer service account people over the phone and have tried recovering the password but it looks like the when i put my email in years
    ago i put it in wrong so i gave up searching.. it would be great if anyone would have any idea on any solutions or what to do?

    You should be able to recover your old account unless it was suspended. Try
    xbox.com/forgot     for recovery options

    Hi,

    it's very easy. Try to log in on Xbox live with the related email and click on 'forgot password'.

    The system will reset your password and will send you an email with a link where you can choose a new password.

    And don't forget to write it down. ^^

    Unfortunately if you don't know any of the other details connected to the account you wont be able to get it back.

    They need something to verify you are the owner, or anyone could phone up and claim they just couldn't remember the address.
