    Recently signed back into my old account looking to grab some delisted games from it. Only to find it’s been banned. I am unable to appeal obviously it’s been over 12 months. Any suggestions on what I can do to get back in to it?

    it was a Console ban because i can't go in live with an another accounts,there aren't problems if i use an account that is from a banned console?

    We in the forums do not have the necessary tools to assist with changing the account details for you.

    If the above mentioned does not work you should try to contact support, they will ask you a few questions before being able to verify that you are the rightful owner of said account.

    meanwhile accounts are deleted after some years of inactivity.

    You can search your old Gamertag and see if it still exists or maybe someone else is using your old Gamertag now.
