Old Account

Hello together,

I have a problem with an old account of mine or better said, an account i have played with over 6 years, but 2 years ago there was the email and password question. But i don't have them, i
adopted the account from my older brother and it was registred with his email and his password and he don't remember anymore the password for the account or the password for his emailadress.

As evidence that this is the account i have played with and spend several hundreds of € for games and gold membership, i could give you hundreds of photos with all the savegames on my harddrive for the account. I also could tell
you my changes of the gamertag how it was called from the first to the last. Or the ea account i have it connected to for Fifa 11(with a lot of ranked scout-reports). I also have played with this account in leagues in esl.eu and esportliga.at.

Is there anyway you could transfer the account to an email of mine?

Ok ta the other reason I used a 3rd account was that account was a new account and he purchased games with it.
Remembered his password and went back to his old account.
I'm going to continue using the 3rd account as we can jointly fill it up with credit instead of you buy one game I buy one game.

 

That's not good at all.

Unfortunately there's nothing we can do to help you. It is against the ToU and CoC of the Live service to give accounts away.

However, if you want to try you could give phone support a call. There's no guarantee but they may be able to assist.
