    I last played on my Xbox 360 in 2018 and haven't powered it on since. I lost the wires needed why moving and would like to access the account. Only issue is the email used we no longer have access too and the phone number isnt used anymore either. All
    i have is the username and nothing else. Is there any way possible to get access to my account?

    it was a Console ban because i can't go in live with an another accounts,there aren't problems if i use an account that is from a banned console?

    If the above mentioned does not work you should try to contact support, they will ask you a few questions before being able to verify that you are the rightful owner of said account.

    meanwhile accounts are deleted after some years of inactivity.

    You can search your old Gamertag and see if it still exists or maybe someone else is using your old Gamertag now.
