    Digital games on console question

    Ok ta the other reason I used a 3rd account was that account was a new account and he purchased games with it.
    Remembered his password and went back to his old account.
    I'm going to continue using the 3rd account as we can jointly fill it up with credit instead of you buy one game I buy one game.

    I'm sorry to see any issues with signing in to another account! Are you trying to sign in to the website or the console? If you can, please post back with the exact error you are seeing so we can find out where our starting point is. A screenshot or image
    of the error is the best for us. Let me know so we can get this sorted!

    it was a Console ban because i can't go in live with an another accounts,there aren't problems if i use an account that is from a banned console?

    We in the forums do not have the necessary tools to assist with changing the account details for you.

    If the above mentioned does not work you should try to contact support, they will ask you a few questions before being able to verify that you are the rightful owner of said account.

    meanwhile accounts are deleted after some years of inactivity.

    You can search your old Gamertag and see if it still exists or maybe someone else is using your old Gamertag now.
