Old Account Retrieval

The only way to get the email address of the account if you don't know it is to call support. On the phone they will ask you some account specific questions. If you can answer them correctly, they'll give you the email address associated with it.

Unless you have access to that old email account there is no way to retrieve anything sent to it.

Is there an easy way of retrieving an old accounts details ?

Can't remember tag etc. Or password etc.

If the old email ACCOUNT is closed, can you see if you can re-register it again as a new account but with the same email address? That way, once up and running, your xbox account emails will be retrievable from the new (old) email account!
