Old Account of Mine Hacked

An old account of mine that I had gold on, which had silver up until a few days ago, which I was notofied by an old friend that the account now has gold, has been hacked by someone in the UK. I sent a recovery the email which is hooked up to the account
is [Mod Removed]. Microsoft please help me get my account back. Last known gamertag was Nasty Trapani.

Worst experiences with Xbox Live?

The fact I've spent more on membership to play my games online than I spent on the console is enough to be an ongoing "worst experience". But having my account hacked really got to me as I had only just bought the year's membership. The ease of having a long term account (mine is 6 years old) does scare me and the fact you cannot have a banned account recovered makes XBL a pretty hostile thing to deal with.

Sorry to hear it. If you've lost access to your gamertag then you should contact phone support and open an Unauthorized Access Ticket.

(mod edit) is hacking my account and he Is greefing my world on mine craft and hacking on my friends list and deranking my mw3 account and I was a level 50 and he made me a level 23 and I am tired of is and on mInecraft he is hacking on

It's considered defamation of character. Since these are public forums as far as anyone here can tell it's sort of a he said she said type of thing.

Hoping a mod removes this information immediately. Not Aaron, why would you post that info in a public forum? Just call up support, cancel the membership, remove the credit card, clear out the info, change your password, and verify that you have all your
security proofs locked down. If you're able to log into the account, then you're the one in control. All Xbox Support can do is help you regain control if you're locked out, or recommend you go to your bank to dispute charges. But since it wasn't you who
was charged, you don't need to worry about that. And don't post personal info in public forums, even if you think the info belongs to thieves.

As already stated, you would need to file a complaint on him via the console in order to have the enforcement team investigate him. They do not take reports via the forums. Although since you gave him your account information, he did not hack anything.

You should also note, it is a violated of the code of conduct to share your account information with anyone else.
