Old account is “locked” due to me changing banks, & i don’t have the old account phone...

The account I’m trying to unlock is 23 years old ( not this account which is an alternate account) and after a successful login a screen pops up saying I need to verify my account due to suspicious activity. I’m unable to satisfy the verification. I have the id numbers for my 360 / Xbox 1 / Xbox series X . I have the last credit card used to pay my gamepass as well as 2 or 3 other credit card numbers used on the account. I also have an email sent from the account 2 years ago . I also have the texts sent to an old phone for previous password resets . The current phone Number on file is not accurate which is the main problem. So even though I can log in on the account I am forced to verify. Also I can’t fix this problem because of the verification lock . One other thing of note is that the last charge on the account is suspicious to me since it is the same price as my gamepass but occurs on a different date than normal and has a diff description from the bank . The customer service agents refused to escalate the case saying that no changes have been made to the account. Originally the system wanted me to change my password but since the phone number on file is wrong the whole situation has just become a huge mess

Hi, my account has had suspicious activity on it and locked me out of it, the phone number that is registered to the account is old and discontinued so I cannot retrieve my account through it, when I fill in the recovery form it says the information isn’t correct as I haven’t used it in a while I can’t remember the details, can I verify the account another way like through the apps or social media’s and or can my bank that is associated verify me? Any suggestions?

O can’t connect my account with Minecraft it pops me my old account and I don’t have it any more

Sadly i am still having the same issue, the phone number used was an old number and i cant use it due to me having changed that previous number

Console.companies are NOT BANKS

they cant keep up with exchange rates and not to mention follow the many regulations to be a bank

You are talking about billions of dollars to register as one

Why do you think gift codes are locked per region based on currencies except nintendos points since they are already converted people complained about the old ms point system due to having to buy set amounts why would we go back to those old days

This also prevents fraud due to people willingly giving away their accounts accross different regions for "free game shares" snd losing thier accounts becsuse they violatee the terms of.use and giving to strangers.and they steal.their money
