Old Account is Locked and Support is pissing me off

so ive been calling support asking them many times to help me out in getting my account back that someone has been trying to get in and i made a new account THIS one to play games again and i found out recently my old computer is locked up cause of the email linked to the computer so i have a new computer now and i do the recovery form way to many times i did with other freiends and family with their emails and i cant login to my hotmail to send emails to friends cause you know its locked so that out of the question i dont have the same phone number and i tried reactivating my old phone but someone else has the number now so i can get verification through text i called support many times and they say the recovery form is the only way but the form is literally rejecting me over and over again and one option for the form is if you bought anything if i click yes and get to the expiration ate on youre card i dont have a option for my cards expiration date which is 2019 and the lowest option is 2020 so thats not helping I HAVE OVER 300+ GAMES ON MY OLDL ACCOUNT and 63k Gamerscore and the Gamertag is Poi#6920 and i have proof with its my account but being denied to get it back is making me really pissed off
