Old Account Deletion

There is an old account I made back in middle school that I wish to have deleted so I can have my username, I lost the account because the email was compromised and it was so long ago I can’t remember the password and just barely remember my email. I need it because it’s an identifier, it means a lot to me, and I’m planning to make a sort of “Brand” in the future with the name. Is there any way I could get it removed. I know I could answer the security questions and I know the Name on the account and numerous other things about it.

Unfortunately there's no way to have the account deleted if you don't have direct access to it.

What you did was just remove the account from the console. You can download the account to another device if you so wish. If you want to permanently delete the account, then you need to delete the Microsoft account that is associated with it.

Just bear in mind, if you do this, you will no longer have access to your Xbox account and any games or subscriptions you may have bought using the account.

The problem is my new account on the Xbox pc app is associated with my email (my Microsoft account). so how would i go about recovering and deleting the live account without deleting my new account as well?
