Okay something's gotta happen about this..

I received a temporary suspension that should of been over, but it got extended for some reason I am not of assure of. I have contacted you guys about my problem and nobody is helping me, you guys keep saying the same thing "Oh we can't reach them", "We
aren't able to do anything", etc. It seems to me that you guys are hiding something from me.. I have not received a email that I was to be suspended until September 1, 2017. The enforcement page doesn't even show me having a active suspension. My case needs
to be raised, I can cannot file for a case review because like I said, I have no active suspension shown on my account. Please Microsoft DO SOMETHING ABOUT MY ACCOUNT PLEASE!!

So...you made a comment about dying constantly? Okay. Wait...no, something's missing. That can't be the entire point of the thread...there's a joke or a hidden message somewhere, right?

 

Installed discs still spin

If it spins up to 15 minutes, that's a problem with your xbox.

1-2 minutes is generally okay. 2+ minutes, something's wrong.

Your best option would be to go to the enforcement page and submit a case review.

again, you guys didn't read what I sent.. I am unable to submit a case review because I cannot see this suspension that I supposedly have on my account.. there is no actives suspensions when I sign into the page on enforcement.xbox.com.. I need to know what
is going on..

Hey Savior 1k! Make sure to check emails from the time of the original suspension as well as on any other accounts on the console that may have received an enforcement action. Beyond that, we do not have access to Enforcement Team actions here on the forums.
