    i have bought my xbox 360 from a guy in toronto and iv bought a xbox live gold card and it said that i cant connect to the internet with the xbox because it has been banned. i have no clue what the guy did to do this but i would like to be unbanned

    You need to contact the seller who you bought it from and get your money back, as once a console is banned, it can never be unbanned.

    If bought from a local store then you should have no trouble having it exchanged, If you bought it from Ebay or another auction site then you would need to let the seller know and most likely open up a dispute over it.

    Once a console is banned it cannot be unbanned.
