    Ok this is not fun, funny, or even aceptable anymore. 30 days now no answer or fix.


    Since my last discussion was locked with no new answers for aver 2 weeks now. Here it is again and your crappy answer. I want this fixed, I want this fixed, I want this fixed, I want this fixed. You owe me money fix it. If I owed you money you would send
    a collection agency after me, you owe me money, fix it and make it right. I want my money. You are wasting my time and money. Fix this fix this fix this.

    Received email stating there is an issue with my account in the October Rewards email. I check my account and see my credits have not been moved over for 4 months now. I have posted in many forums telling me it is wrong one. I have called into support and
    they tell me to post in the forum. This is the dumbest kind of support I have ever had to deal with. Why the hell am I reaching out to you about a problem you noticed and notified me about. fix it.

    So here I am 15 days into this and still no help still completely lost as I was before. How about in the email if you want me to inquire in forums you give me link directly to the forum I need to post in, instead of searching through the list, I have selected
    the xbox rewards, xbox live rewards questions each post but it ends up somewhere where it should not be and instead of help i just get told to post in correct forum. I really do hate your support model. It is one of the worst to deal with.

    Another day no answer, I see so many of the same question with no answers. Why even have this? To frustrate us more? My billing address hasn't changed, I have one billing method, I do not know why I am not getting my deposits. I just have a bunch of credits
    pending, for 4 months now. I have posts in 3/4 different locations, only reply I ever get is you are in wrong forum. I would like this fixed already. Keep missing out on some of these preorders as I would like to use some of these credits to help pay. This
    is money you guys are losing. Oh well, will just buy it on pS4, they don't make promises of rewards and then don't follow thru.

  2. Error message when swapping Live accounts between email accounts

    I will not be posting in this thread anymore, as I strongly believe the answer I originally posted is the root cause for it not switching over. Please allow up to the full 30 days of creating that new Microsoft Account to switch it over with, or use an existing
    Microsoft Account to switch it over with that is over 30 days old.
