Ok someone please help me out...is my xbox one broken?!

Ok, I am extremely [Mod Removed] right now. This is the second time this has happened. Ok, last night me and my girlfriend were watching a Blu Ray movie, xbox was working fine before hand, was playing BF4 online no problem whatsoever, my
friend sent me a party invite I joined and asked me to hop on Forza so i did. he invited me to a game and it would not let me join said server was down or something, so I shut down my xbox restarted my internet, and then it said I couldnt connect to xbox live....so
something was wrong right there.

From there I tested the connection it said all good your connected to the internet, I back out still that black screen where it said connect, it didnt have the full XBL Dash. So I restarted my xbox and internet MULTIPLE times. So then I attempted to play
BF4 (which is digital, I dont have the disc) and it said error game took to long to load, it wouldnt even load my FM5 disc...so my friend told me to leave it alone for like an hour so me and the girlfriend went to a bar came back and I turned on the xbox and
it played like nothing ever happened...

Tonight same [Mod Removed] was working all day, after I watched a movie it starts this weird glitch where it wont work!

WTF is going on? $500 for this crap?

Someone Please Help Me With My Gamer Score!

So I downloaded this Xbox gamer score program. At the time I didn't know what it did, I thought it would add actual games to my account and not achievements. But anyways, I used it and my profile has alot of 0 achievement games. I did not realize that: A. you were not supposed to do this & B. That it would give me a bunch of 0 achievement games. Can someone please help me?!?! I created an account and everything just to post this one thing.
*None of the games I want to remove have achievements... Its just that there are so many (600) that I wanna remove them all at once*

What is that? Just unplugging the xbox?

I did that yesterday and it didnt work I got back on and it worked its just when I watch a movie, this will happen...

Power cycling is where you keep your finger on the on/off button for 15 seconds when the console is on. During that time the console will switch off and then switch back on again. Do not take your finger off the button until it turns back on again. Hope

I think to hold an opponent down on the ground to have it stand up is R stick -->. To stuff a takedown is L trigger and R stick <--. Easiest way to stay on top in the ground is to get into full mount, and to just try to prevent the other fighter from trying
to transition out. If all else fails, practice and go over the sections in the tutorials that you need most help in. Hopefully someone else on the forums can add some input into the button commands and extra tips and techniques.
