    OK so Spotify xbox is not installing


    OK so this just started 30 seconds ago and Spotify says that it is installing but it's not and yes I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but that dose not work. It says network:0.00 B of 129.00 KB and the percent is stuck at 0.0% I have no games or apps open so I don't know what is causing I issue. I unplugged my whole xbox and plugged it back in and still it won't install

    My network work should be all good as I am on ethinet. Making my xbox do:

    1. Download speed=948.40mbps

    2. Upload speed 52.35mbps

    Ok, we have already verified that it is not a network problem, so let's do other steps:

    1. On your Controller, press the Xbox button.
    2. Then select Restart and confirm.

    This process will not delete anything from your console, it will simply turn it off and on automatically. It is possible that by completing all these steps, the Spotify download will return to normal.
