Ok so question about bans.

I currently have a 1 week communications ban which is what it is. But heres the thing and maybe i'm over thinking this. My home xbox is my friends and mine his. Does him being on his account which is my home xbox effect my ban or count as bypassing it? Or
have any effect on it like even if he were to sign in as me and try to send a message? Again I think im just overthinking it and I'm not really knowledgeable. The thought kind of popped into my head.

Is the whole game sharing thing even allowed? lol I figued it out reading on xbox support so I assume yes.

Question about ban

This is what you do, forget the profile account your using, destroy the cc associated with that card, get abnew cc and account profile and start playing again, and in the future stay away from hackers or whatever,

Unless he was actually using your account at the time, it would have no effect on your account.

The sharing thing is sort of a grey area as far as being allowed. in 360 days it was basically similar to a license transfer but that could be considered marketplace theft.

Well we set it up 2 years ago and never had any issues and I don't know a single person not doing it and i've never heard of anyone ever being banned for sharing on the one.

Sonic is correct. You can make as many gamertags as you wish, but the console in question cannot get on xbox live. I would suggest buying the 4gb slim models as they have a very very very slim fail rate and they run much smoother than the old consoles.

It can not be transfered anymore.... but if he finds a way then i doubt they will ban him. BTW wrong place for bannings.
