    Ok so im permanently a child account on my xbox


    ok so yesterday I was messing with my account because i was trying to upload a custom image but I couldnt because I was "a child". Recently I got perma banned on my main account so I made a new account, but apparently its a child account. Is there any way
    I can make my account not a child?

    I Need Access To My "Primary Account' on my Family Pack Memebership

    Since my child was suspended permanently from Xbox Live and theirs was the primary account for my family memberhsip, I need the primary account to be transferrred to another account on my memberhip. This must be done because I have no control over anything
    anymore since the primary account holder can no longer go online to change any preferences, etc. Will you give my child 24 hours leeway so we can go on and make the transfer? The banned account is THE RESOURCEFUL

    The only way to promote your Xbox account to an adult account is for it to reach the age of 18. Once the 18th birthday comes around, the account will graduate to adult status automatically. This is determined by the date of birth entered when creating your
    Xbox Live account. Changing the date of birth on your Microsoft Account won't affect the date of birth for your Xbox account.

    At this time, custom gamer pictures are a feature only for adult accounts. We don't have any further information regarding that at this time.

    What exactly do you mean by "im put as a adult", as the "adultness" of your account is determined by the birthdate you entered, when you created the account.

    You can easily check if you really have an adult account by going to
    https://account.xbox.com/settings     and try to change your online and privacy settings.

    If you are getting a page explaining how to add a child account to a family, you do have a restricted child account according to the birthdate of your account.
