I can receive messages on Xbox One, but CANNOT send them

For some reason, one of my profiles isn't permitted to send messages on xbox live. I haven't gotten any emails saying I've been suspended or warned for anything, and messaging works fine on all of my other profiles.

I tried chatting with MS Support, and after hearing my problem, they told me to post it here.

Thanks for any help anybody can give.

Can you please check the status of your account on the Xbox Enforcement site to ensure that there are not current communication suspensions on your account. If you have any, you may view them on "Enforcement History" and start a case review if possible.
You may do that here: https://enforcement.xbox.com/Enforcement/ShowEnforcements

After you have done that, can you try to see if you're able to send a message via Xbox.com using your account. Account security information can be updated here:
https://account.microsoft.com/privacy?lang=en-us

Let us know if that helps.

Im having the same problem and ive checked both enforcement and the privacy, nothing has helped . I cant send messages on anything xbox app , browser or xbox itself

Hello everyone just asking do other players have some issues with xbox live lately im going true this kind of issue i cannot invite my pals for any games at all they do not receive all the invites send by me or send by them and also cannot see me new messages.
All new the messages just not load properly or my friends and y do not receive them at all do any one goes trought the same issues on xbox one lately????

And also some peoples did just tell me there getting disconnected from xboxlive randomly

When they get disconnected from Xbox Live are any messages or error codes coming up? Also, they can always check the status of Xbox Live at https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status.
