Ok Please help the best you can

I understand the subject doesn't make sense. First off let me start by explaining the situation. I need solutions, I do not want messages telling me you can't help. just give me some ideas on how to fix my problem. Please.

When i was 16 I got my first xbox 360, I had to put a parental control on it. I got rid of the parental control. and It still refuses to let me sign into my xbox live account WITHOUT a parent's account. I have tried my mother's current password, even tried
the password I believe i put on it before. Neither work. I am going to my whitts end, about to scream in frustration.

I can not find a solution, I've already reset the settings TWICE, and i still CAN NOT access my account. How do i change the password to the parental account if i can not access my live account to do such? Is there any way on a computer to access such?

I am currently 21 years old, and I'd really not rather just make a new account if possible. but nothing i've tried so far is working. Even tried to go to billing options. don't have any billing options now. Please. I beg of you, give me solutions to fix
this.

ok so i got suspended on my main account, then today i bought a 3 month for my second account to play cod. But then i get suspended? really? what did I do... My main accounts GT: Pnei. My second account GT:tcil. can you guys please do something I am very
mad and frustrated I play xbox when I actually have a chance to and now im suspended for two weeks. Thanks!

the same problem happened to me. i called microsoft, and they told me the only way to fix it was to send them my passport to prove my name and age. i live in Europe, so i chose to make a new profile.
