Ok Major Problem - I'm About to Sue Microsoft for This

Ok so many problems here, first I haven't been able to edit my profile on my 360. Second, there is no longer a edit profile option on xbox.com/live, third, I do what people say to do to fix the first problem, by deleting only my profile on my xbox 360 (slim),
and I 100 % know all my information, my email and my password, and now I can't get my profile to download. It says my information is not correct, when I know for a fact it is. Nothing has been done about these problems for months now, and my friend's profile
with saves that we spent years and tons of valuable time playing and achieving has the same problem, and I am not going to take this lightly, for if it is not fixed and nobody helps me, I am going to burn my Xbox and all of it's games on youtube publicly,
never play or support Microsoft again, and sue the company myself.

It's been about 3 WEEKS since I got the update and I'm having many problems, I tried calling about a serious problem involving 4000 MICROSOFT POINTS NOT GIVEN TO ME! And I had to sit on the phone for 3 HOURS TO BE HUNG UP ON!!!! This is getting ridiculous!
I'm about to sue for Microsoft STEALING MY MONEY!!! And If I get banned because of this forum post there will definitely be a lawsuit!

 

And yes.. My profile is a girl, my cousin is using it for a while, I am the owner.

 

1. You can now edit your profile on the Xbox One or a Windows 8 or above PC/Tablet. It is no longer available on the 360

2. If you cannot redownload the profile then try heading to Settings>System>Storage and clear the cache 3 times. Restart the console and try downloading the profile.

3. If that doesn't work then you'll need to contact phone support for more assistance.
