Ok i don't even understand how this is possible.

Alright so on Tuesday i was playing garden warfare 2 on split screen with my brother, then he went and i started playing titanfall 2, i got some hate messages off people from garden warfare 2 and titanfall 2, so i ignored them and just deleted the conversations,
the next day, i get a message while playing titanfall 2 that "i have been banned from texting, and using party chat for using "abusive communication", i didn't really care about that since i don't use communications allot, so after that i keep playing titanfall
2, go to sleep, wake up, do whatever, then go on titanfall 2 again, and here's the part i don't get, about hmm, 9PM? i got another message from Xbox (and i had to go on my PC and check it like the other one) and it said "you have been banned from playing online
multiplayer (and the stuff from before) because of "abusive threats towards players" which i don't get because, the day before, i couldn't message because i was BANNED FROM TEXTING AND CHATTING, so I'm not sure how this is at all possible, can anybody help
me with this problem? or have i gotta wait to apply for a review 14 times?

It is likely that you were not banned because of the incidents you state. It is likely that the ban was from something that happened earlier. Xbox enforcement has to review the complaint before it will act on it. They receive thousands of complaints daily
so it takes time. The reason for your ban could have taken place a week ago and it was just instated now.

 

And when i try to apply for a review, it says "You are currently not eligible for a free Case Review."

or "You must have an applicable active enforcement action."

Which i have on obviously because its in yellow on the page.

 

And also, it can't be from before, since i haven't been on the xbox for over a month.

 

The enforcement team does not hand out punishments without evidence of the infraction. Somehow, somebody must have been using your account and broke the rules. Usually if you are not given the option for a case review, it means it is a 24 hour suspension,
and not a ban.
