    as the title said, that what I get everytime I try to get far cry 2 (xbox 360 game) from my xbox one (with gold) I have a turkey visa card and my region set to turkey on my xbox and on my Microsoft account and i'm sill can't get it and xbox purchasing service
    is working fine in their site so idk whats the problem...

    Note : I tryed to get it from my xbox and from my pc browser and sorry for my bad english

    There have been a few reports of people having issues redeeming that game. For now your best bet is to just wait for it to be hammered out.

    Have you had this issue before? I know that there was a few people having issues redeeming the game, I think it's related to region locations and the game release being delayed to some parts. What happens when you try today ?
    I tryed for the past month with the previous 360 gold games with no luck but it was working before that but from the last month I started to get this error and I didn't post a question like this one because I thought it was service issue from xbox side (and
    it was because in their site that time there's was a problem in xbox core so I thought that was the issue) but I just got an email saying the xbox core is fixed and then I tryed to get the game and still no luck so I decided to make this post and sorry for

    Hello TMaow,

    You can try and request a call from support and see if they are able to assist you with the purchase or see if there any issues on the account.

    When you go to Contact Us to get it to request a callback follow these
    steps:



    • Step 1 ----select Xbox One
    • Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
    • Step 3-----select show contact options

      Step 4 ----select request a call from support

    Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

    Try getting it from a different device. I have found that I have good luck using my PC when I try to get 360 games for my Xbox One.
