Phil Spencer has done a marvelous job with this year's E3, I wish Microsoft hired Phil Spencer from the beginning of the Xbox One, he's much much better than Don Mattrick. [tag:XboxWon]

Phil has done a much better job of connecting with gamers, and representing/directing the Xbox brand than Don did. Then again, Don set the bar pretty low. Nothing against him personally, just wasn't the right man for the job.

Are the mod makers going to have to submit them to Microsoft or Bethesda and get them put onto Live for download?

There's mods and then there's modding though and this isn't exactly tampering with the system to give yourself an advantage over other players, it will just be another creative way to keep the content flowing in Fallout 4, great idea imo.

While I love the user made content on PC there is one flaw. Many of them require other mods to be there.

For example I was going to download a mod for Dragon Age: Origins but on the download screen it mentioned that it needed eight other mods to be installed in order to work properly.

Not really fussed by mods but if its your thing than good news. Ill just stick to what the Dev gave me.

I agree with 24 on the timing of TR and F4. Everything else was great and im still wondering how this weak console can emulate the 360 ?

I love both systems! But with the updates,new controllers,new exclusives etc its just to much! Xbox just keeps getting better, and what I said from the start Microsoft needs more exclusives! And they did what I thought they were going to do! And BC coming

MS did great but *** up immensely in two areas. First B/C. Whose bright idea was it to have only 18 titles working at release and none of the big 1st party exclusives? Best game on the list is Mass Effect

The first set of games for BC are for the preview members only.. the actual release is not until the holidays.. A good 4 to 5 months from now... I am sure the list will be larger by then...besides... it was announced today... and NOBODY had a clue... I
am sure the list will grow rapidly... god forbid this was leaked by a small third part team before hand

No wonder they moved Scalebound to Gamescon. I watched some of it on my phone but I missed parts of it while I was at work. I'm excited about what I've seen but I missed Halo..I'll need to catch that later.
