OGX Clan Recruitment(360/One/Windows)

Your probably here looking for a clan and don't know what to look for... well let me get a few details here.

1. OGX has no meaning, it's figment of our own desire, and most of us that have been collected or came from devastated communities and just want a fun lax atmosphere to game with people who are like minded in a similar belief.

2. We are a no drama community. In short we want no whiners, no trollers, no political discussion, and no talk of religion in open community discussions. If you rage quit, that's on you and not us.

3. Even though we are a lax community we do allow RP & PVP but if it becomes a issue within the community, us within the community leadership and officer possitions will step in and refrain all problematic activity till all issues have been dealt with. We
do encourage the will to be competitive and some of us have a hard core determination but to only a few selective fields, Our leader for example is an achievement hunter, Some of us prefer to drive, fly, shoot, slash, craft, and/or gold farm.

4. Like the name having no meaning we have no main game but we support our own in the games we play. If someone in our community can't beat an online mission, no problem just ask one of us and we'll be sure to group up and help you complete it, but in return
make sure you help out the others because baby setting newbs and low lvls can be a real drag.

5. I can't explain it enough but if it's to good to be true it usually is. ["If you're going to run past mobs of enemies just to get to a node and find yourself getting wiped while knowing full well what your role was might as well deserve a tactical face
palm."-AG to JH] If you also see in-game modders and cheats(ex:glitch/bug exploiters) report them. We in OGX don't approve of cheating cause cheating is the option for those who are to weak and impatient to achieve things on there own.

6. That was just a basis of how OGX runs now for more of our guild philosephy.

a. Respect: In terms of respect we don't demand it like a dunce, we respect people of all walks of life. Weither your Race, Gender, Sexuality, National Origin, IQ, or Diagnosis we don't descriminate but we don't ask you to flaunt it. In reguards to the
terms of respect if any outsiders help us out we will intern return the favor.

b. Humility: Humilty may sound aweful but it's not and is the exact opposite of pride. Those who practice humility are often humble and kind to others. The practice of humility is similar to both teams shaking hands at the end of the game wishing each other
luck for the future. Those with pride often never learn even if they are on a long win streak then find themselves being eliminated from the tournament. Those who are humble accept knowledge and increase their skills from those that are willing to share with them.
Even in defeat there is a lesson to be learned and those who never lose never learn. As a side note to humility which goes along with respect if you respect your enemy, your enemy will respect you.

c. Honesty: Even though we have a few codes about negating certain topics we ask our members to speak with honesty, No one truly trusts those with serpant toungs nor do we want them in our homes lying about various topics to look better or diferent than
they are, when they are not, while maybe robbing us of our items. We do allow comedy even if some comics are a bit creative and and some of us love creative rp stories but make sure to be realistic when wrighting them or extremely hilarious.

d. Loyalty: Loyalty is sometimes considered intertwined with respect and sometmes is not. Loyalty is the invisable bank of activity to select groups of people and shows them how well you trust them and how well your willing to work together. Thus after
passing trials and are voted in we'll ask you to change your Gamertag appropriate to OGX and once that happens you'll become a full active member and any amounts of these 4 rules you've helped with before changing your Gamertag will help us decide your current
rank once a member.

Any violations against these rules will result with probation, demotion, and/or removal.
