Sign into your Gmail account using what device ?

 

Please expand on the problem you have with as much detail as possible... What device are you on? Are you getting any error codes? Has your email been blocked? Do you have a second email or a phone number associated with the email for security purposes if
you forget your password or your accounts been blocked due to repeated failed sign ins? If you set up security details when you created the account you should be able to recover your account by having a code sent to your phone or a second email if 1 or both
was linked to your email that you are having problems trying to access.

Did you loose control of your account between any time where you might have signed into your account when in a public place? Does anyone else have access to your account? Are you signed in somwhere else where you might have forgot to log out? Are you typing
email and password correctly? Did you check the site certificate to ensure its the correct site and not lookalikes site. If your device uses flash your device might be insecure and your details could have been stolen. These examples are limited but covers
quite a broad spectrum which could help you recover your account or try to understand what has happened.
