OG Xbox One not working properly

Since last Tuesday (November 7), the OG Xbox One that me and my little brother have shared since last Christmas hasn't been working properly.

On 11/7, it would "turn on" (startup noise and light), but it wouldn't connect to the TV or controllers. I looked online and tried everything that was suggested. After a few hours, it finally turned on in low-res mode. I went to the settings and turned instant-on
mode off, since I saw someone suggest that.

It worked fine until Wednesday, when the console crashed while my brother was playing Minecraft. This time, it worked again after leaving it off for a few hours.

Then on Thursday, it stopped working again. I think that time, it corrupted my little brother's Forza Horizon 3 save file, since he can't get past the start screen due to an "unknown error". He's heartbroken :/

On Friday, I plugged it into another TV and it turned on with no problem at all. Later that day, it stopped working again.

On Saturday and Sunday, it worked perfectly fine. Absolutely zero issues turning off or on. I figured we were past the problems.

Then on Monday, it worked again until around noon. I saw that it lagged while turning off. My brother hit the power button, but the screen stayed black and the power button was still on. It stayed off for a few hours. I found the Power Supply reset video (unplug
from wall, Xbox, and supply itself for a few minutes) and it worked again, only to crash in the Microsoft Store.

Tuesday, my brother managed to boot it up in low-res mode, but it crashed again when he went to open the settings to change it back.

It hasn't worked since then.

I saw some people saying it might be an issue with the newest update. Can anyone help me? I've tried unplugging everything, power cycling, and booting in low-res mode to different results practically each time. I even tried to factory reset it, but it wouldn't
even turn on for that.

We have a warranty, so would it be best to just swap it for a new one?

Xbox one not working properly

I'm one of the beta testers and after the official public release of the update 1406 I don't know if others are having this problem too my xbox one keeps freezing up when one of my games has an update. I was trying to load another game while my Forza downloads
it's up date and it would freeze up on me I did the hard shut down at least 6 time.

Ok I got home and turned on my xbox and im stuck at the xbox logo with the green backround.

I tried holding the power button for 10 seconds and rebooted but it doesnt go past the green screen.

I have been waiting for 30 minutes at the green logo
